Calif SB 810 Single Payer Passes Senate Appropriations Committee!!! We
the people can celebrate a small victory today. All your calls,
demonstrations, petitions, presentations, and lobby visits have advanced
Calif SB 810 out of committee to the Senate floor. People over profits prevailed. Democratic Senators
found their spine because we supported them and will continue to support
them when they do the right thing. Aluta continua. Now we need to keep
it up and get it through the full Senate floor vote which could come as
early as next week. Call, fax, email, or go visit your State Senator's
office today, and remind them as Dr. King said at Oberlin College,
