PLEASE COME THIS WEDNESDAY TO OUR PDSB MEETING AND SEE THE DOCUMENTARY FILM
“GAS HOLE” and add an environmental evening to Tuesday’s Environmental Rally at Shoreline Park!

We will meet at 6:30 pm at the Venture Tech Building at 402 E. Gutierrez St (directly across the street from the Home Improvement Center) in the Lunch room in the back of the building –turn into the parking lot off Olive Street behind building, drive to the back and join us! We will need to start the film at 6:45 to give us time to discuss it and sign some postcards to Congress supporting a carbon tax for big polluters!

This documentary film was made over a three year period of time at the expense of the film makers and shows what these energy corporations are doing to American families to force gas bubbles from the Earth for profit.

As long as fossil fuels are the cheapest forms of energy, there’s little incentive to improve efficiency or invest in alternative energies.

The carbon tax provides a built in incentive for transitioning to low-carbon fuels, while softening the impact of rising prices on consumers.

Come learn about how a carbon tax can help catapult our nation into a new GREEN ENERGY ECONOMY & CREATE JOBS IN CALIFORNIA!

PDA has endorsed Representative Larson’s Bill (HR1337), which would implement a carbon tax and return revenue to American households.
